Charuta Joshi

FOUNDER
Charuta Joshi brings over 20 years of experience with Indian education nonprofits and 11+ years as an educator in NYC public schools. Her diverse background in teaching, curriculum development, and ed-tech innovation fuels her passion for bridging the gap between traditional education and the evolving needs of learners.
Ayush Manik

FELLOWSHIP DESIGNER
Ayush is a Slam Out Loud and TFI alum and an iTeach school leader. He is a consultant with direct impact organizations providing holistic solutions for program and communications design. He manages facilitator training for partner organizations and co-creating the fellowship model with Charuta.
Rajat Sharma

CURRICULUM DESIGNER
Rajat is a TFI alum and was a math teacher at an Akanksha school. He is currently an Instruction Specialist with Akanksha Foundation. He is working on the continuum of different skills that students would learn in our sessions and also facilitates ProblemSolvers sessions with Akanksha RISE students.
Kuldeepkumar Sahu

CURRICULUM CONSULTANT
Kuldeepkumar is TFI alum and was an Associate for School and Community Relations at Teach For India. He uses his master’s in Engineering Mathematics to create fascinating content in games and ciphers for ProblemSolvers Lab.
Sunadhini Ravikumar

FACILITATOR TRAINER
Sunadhini works in Business Management for Visa. She is helping us in training for facilitators with our regional partners.
Mohit Dev

CURRICULUM CONSULTANT
Mohit is a TFI alum and was a math teacher with Avasara Academy. He is the Head of Operations at Shiksharth, based in Sukma. He has a strong understanding of education in deeply rural places. He is curating interesting problems, especially with 3-Act problems and Fermi problems.
