Our Beliefs

Problem-solving can be taught
Our approach begins with a safe, supportive environment that fosters joy and psychological safety. We help learners discover the skills, tools, and mindsets needed to solve problems. Through practice, they build confidence, take risks, and put in more effort.

It can transform lives
Problem-solving improves quality of life and boosts earnings. Problem-solving is a core life skill that leads to better decisions. The return on earnings from skills like problem-solving and teamwork has more than doubled in the last two decades (Deming, 2017).

It is a core life skill
Traditional education treats problem-solving as an advanced skill learned after basic math. However, with technology handling most basic calculations, problem-solving skills are now more important than ever. We believe everyone should be taught problem-solving, regardless of their math proficiency.
We need to create a shift in skills and mindsets to develop Critical thinking, Collaboration, and Communication in all students.
